We have been having issues with our heating and air conditioning unit for over three years, we have had many of the well know service companies out to service it only for it to continue to break down. So when I read reviews about Priced Right and referred to the service professional by first name and they had their pricing up front and listed on the website I was sold. Jim came out same day that I called and had my machine fixed by midday. I was afraid that we were going to have to replace our setup but Jim fixed it and it has been smooth sailing so far. Both the heating and AC seem to be working great and it has been tested switching back and forth with this Kansas weather.

I called Priced Right Heating & Cooling when we began having trouble with our furnace. Jim was able to stop by the next day and diagnose our problem quickly. He explained the problem, the solution and the pricing in terms I could understand and trust. It was a great experience. The best part of their service was when I called PRHC and asked if they would return to check on some new noises I was hearing after the repair. They responded quickly and offered to return right away to see what was wrong. After that visit, they realized that the new blower was functioning great but the brackets holding it had aged and were banging around a bit. At no charge, they exchanged out my old brackets for newer, better ones and had my system working perfectly! I will recommend Priced Right Heating & Cooling to all my friends and family. I've been looking for a few months to replace my heating and cooling system. After getting quotes from 10+ companies, I found Priced Right to have to best price in town. Before the installation, I had many questions about the various parts of heating and cool system and Jim was very patient in explaining everything to me. When Jim and the guys came to my house to install the heating/cooling system they were careful in not getting my carpets dirty and did a wonderful job in cleaning up after the installation. They all worked very hard to insure that the job was done right. Jim is a great guy, he truly cares for his customers and tries to give them to best service. Price Right is hands down one of the companies that is out there.

Jim is an experienced and knowledgeable technician. He does great technical job (like maintenance). He has explained each and every step he had performed like a college professor. Jim provided info about what I may expect from my 15 year old system; he also provided the options I can have when it is time to replace it. I think, his company "Priced Right" is the only HVAC company in Overland Park, which provides prices of the systems on a company's web site, and it looks like systems are really priced right, for example 17-18 ( or 21) SEER 4 ton AC, High efficiency 95-98% 80-90 K BTU furnace and coil will cost installed around $9K which is $3-4 K less then 2 others estimates.
