Priced Right Heating & Cooling is a family owned and operated business. Our company has grown into one of the leading HVAC businesses locally, with its primary focus being residential service. We also offer solutions to improve IAQ. Our technicians are trained to work on major brands of HVAC equipment efficiently and correctly.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

We are a truly local company, with owner James Ferguson growing up in the Overland Park area. James has always enjoyed working with his hands and has a natural knack for understanding the mechanics of how things work.

After returning from the military in 1993, James used the GI Bill to study and train as a heating and air conditioning professional. He started out working in residential new construction, then took on the challenge of commercial projects. He was the lead service technician with a local commercial HVAC contractor for ten years before he decided to branch out on his own.
